Today, in the city of Bitola, the Art Colony was opened on the occasion of the 22nd of November, the Day of the Alphabet of the Albanian Language. This event also marked the activities for marking the 109th anniversary of the Alphabets Congress, which this year is held under the auspices of Deputy Prime Minister Hazbi Lika. At the opening was present the state secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Mr. Valmir Aziri.
"During these days within the colony will be painted figures of 11 participants at the Manastir Congress and then on November 22 will be exposed in the city of the alphabet," said Secretary Aziri.
The main event on the note of 22 November will be held in Skopje and Bitola on November 22nd. In Skopje, a solemn academy will be organized in the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, after which the Museum of the Alphabet will be visited. In the evening at the House of Culture in Bitola will be held the solemn Concert.
Meanwhile, on 21 November in the city of Manastir will be held a Scientific Tribunal dedicated to the Congress of the Alphabet. This Tribune will be attended by Albanian-language scholars from state scientific institutions from Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo
